In my family, I think my uncle has some mood disorders. My uncle is a business man. At first, I think he has mental pressure and his character is sentimental. However, he fusses too much about his business. For this reason, he can't sleep nights. Then he became easily aroused to anger and wrathful by temperament, even lost his hair. It is last several months. I suggested to him that went to see a psychological doctor, but he did not go. Maybe he deny that he have a problem. Another guy who I think his behavior is abnormal because he always change his sit. Only 20 minutes he would change 4 times and he often suddenly stand up and sit down. It is very strange. If you have chance to by bus, maybe you will meet the person like this.

In our culture, the mental person can not go out by themselves. They family worried the mental illness hurt other people. It is very different from here. In here, the government may be hope the mental illness can live like a healthy person.

My homestay's parents both are very
humor. Moreover, They treat me as
their own child, and teach me so many

Today myhomestay's father teacher me how to cook the Easy Shepherd's Pie!It is very easy as like ts' name. First, when the pot hot, put 4 tablespoons butter into the pot. After 2minutes，put the onions. Next, add ground beef and until no longer pink. Second, add corn and peas either at the end of the cooking of the ground beef and onions. Third, peel and quarter potatoes, boil in salted water until tend(20 minutes). After 20 minutes, mash the potatoes with a fork.
